For en quad, så er det rigtig godt gået. De 12% blir brugt godt.

The amount of Brett contained in this brew is too damn high! And the absolute nothingness that is the carbonation only serves to fortify the Brett. There’s a bouquet of flowers in there somewhere but it doesn’t get a chance is bulldozed by the Brett tank

Ret frugtig i duften. Smagen er igen frugtig men med noter jeg ikke normalt løbet i, det må være riwaka humlen. Kan nok bedst lide originalen. Øl tv.

2023 versionen af Mead Scientists Hvit. I forhold til den oprindelige med hyldeblomst og lemon, er denne spicet op med ingefær. Det er dog stadig et skønt bekendtskab med honningsødme.

Dark clear brown ale. Toasted malty nose. Sweet toasty malty take. Light body with a toasty malty hint and a faint touch of caramel. A bit dull and tasteless, lacks depth and flavour. Short malty finish

Pale yellow hazy NEIPA. Citrus fruity nose. Grapefruit and orange take. Light body with a hint of malty sweetness and a citrusy hops profile. Grapefruit, lemon and orange is most profound. Evolves pithy and dry along the way. A bit simple. Medium finish
