FOTONIK is our series of Single Hop session IPAs. Created to showcase one variety of hops on the base of a crisp and clean West Coast session IPA with a balanced bitterness. This version is with STRATA bringing an almost dank aroma of passionfruit and grapefruit.

Raw, piney, oniony hop aroma that we got as we dumped hops into the boil yesterday. Love it, although too subtle here! The body is light, subtle sweet passion fruit with a soft carb. No hops in the body really until a subtle resiny note in the finish.
