Love the brewery, but not familiar with this one. Didn't even know the style until I checked it in. Extremely delicious. Highly recommend buying this if you see it. Don't see it? Find the closest place & get it. Drove from MD to Greensboro, NC to get this

(2016) W aromacie sporo cytrusów, jasnych winogron, białego wina i siana. Smak półwytrawny, pierwsze skrzypce gra winogrono i białe wino, w tle odrobina nafty, ciasteczkowej słodowości, żywicy i białego pieprzu. Goryczka niska, ziołowa, cierpka. 4.3

It wasn’t as imposing as I’d presumed, but a dry tartness sets it apart… supremely easy to swill considering its alcohol percentage though 🥴

Did expect quite some oxidation given the age (BBD 06/09/20) but nope. Heavy on Brett in nose and taste. Sparkling and refreshing.

Malty, hoppy, smooth. Funky, plum, herbs, raisins. Date says 19/08/17, so the tartness has mellowed out to leave a pleasant Brett version of a winter warmer.

Bière très parfumée. Notes fleuries, d’agrumes et fruitées (poire ?). Fines bulles légèrement piquantes. Fraîche, printanière, avec du corps et une belle identité.

Bastante Dulce para una saison, el lupulado hace lo suyo, pero de Brett nada. Habría que tomarla de vuelta en mucho tiempo más para que los bichos hagan su trabajo.
