Snowball Saison (Aged in White Wine Barrels)
Fantastic Brett saison, light, smooth, hoppy. Caramel, Brett yeast, oak, wheat, lemon. Extra yeast and oak finish.

Malty, hoppy, smooth. Funky, plum, herbs, raisins. Date says 19/08/17, so the tartness has mellowed out to leave a pleasant Brett version of a winter warmer.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019)
Smells like peanut shells and coffee beans. Tastes like coffee, dark chocolate, peanuts, and barley. Classic BA stout.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)
Smooth, malty, a little hot. Chocolate, raisin, bourbon, maple aftertaste. Just as good as fresh.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018)
Boozy/hot, but fading into fudge and coffee as it warms up. Nose of coffee and bourbon. Dry mouthfeel, definitely still hot after 3 years. Chocolate fudge, coffee, vanilla, oak/bourbon. Cherry, vanilla, oak lingering aftertaste. Fantastic.

Less tart than regular Rübæus. Creamy, light. Vanilla, white chocolate, raspberry.
