What an amazing start to a much needed and well deserved day off!! You can’t spell joy without WWS.

Roasty, chocolate and boozy. Little oxidized though. Not bad at 8 years.

Can’t believe this brew is 8 years old. Barley, heavy on the molasses, boozy. Slight oxidation, but this aged well overall.

Fan-fricking-tastic. Chocolate, caramel taste with a subtle booziness. Gets richer the more it warms up. It’s a religious experience that requires it to be shared. Thankfully, I have more and will share; this is a test tasting.

Did a little vertical action this past weekend. This mellowed a bit but was still rather roasty.

2016, barley and smooth. Not my favorite but the hang on is impressive.

A World Wide Stout found on the Titanic would probably still be awesome

Wegmans took the glass doors off their expensive beer shelf and I found this gem. Notes of toffee, prunes and booze on the nose. The flavor though. It tastes like the word smooth sounds. Caramel and espresso flavors and just a hint of cocoa.

Tasting great after 8 years! Can't put the purchased from location in because it's been gone for a few years

"Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex. This ageable ale. clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer".

Incredible gem to find on draft in little Dover! So tasty and roasty. I had to order it twice.

Very boozy, thought the booze would've mellowed by now

Much smoother than the 13. Better aftertaste. Still a little flat on the front end

Don’t know if this got better with age, but it’s pretty delicious

Happy New Year. Pulled one out of the reserve. Lost carbonation over 7 years, but taste is still on point.

Found this gem in the basement stash. Wow! Aged excellent.

This beer when aged is always delicious, I’d guess 9% not 18
