If you’ve still got a 2016 I’d drink it soon, this one had just a hint of infection.

Vertical tasting. Low carbonation. Starting to transform, very low carbonation, a hint of oxidation, the coffee amd chocolate beginning to muddle together. Still quite good, but not stellar.

2017 was another step softer with the vertical tasting. Still plenty of coffee and chocolate, not much booze.

Vertical tasting. Probably my favorite of the group. Still full flavored, very open with coffee and chocolate, few hints of booze. Excellent.
