Trocken, spritzig, genau richtig hopfig. Hat tatsächlich ein wenig Biscuit-Geruch und -Geschmack (wie Lebkuchengewürz, aber würzig), was speziell ist, aber nicht schlecht.

Dry, a bit metallic taste. Some hops in scent that disappear in scent.

Fresh pilsner malt. Cloudy with a soft mouth feeling. A little spicy, bone dry with a refreshing finish

Interesting, definitely not your run-of-the-mill Pilsener. Quite fruity, a little hoppy but still very crisp, like a Pilsener should be. 45 days fermented, gotta keep that in mind
