November 23, 2013 Bottle from Barley Wine, Cph - Roasted malts, sweet milk chocolate, coffee, nice hoppyness as well. Great mouthfeel, smooth creamy, nice initial sweetness with only a slight bitter finish. Very good indeed.

A bit flat, even for a stout. Had to pour it super hard. The flavor is fantastic!

Először a laktóztól eredő édesség érezhető, párhuzamosan a komló gyümölcsös aromájával, majd a komló és a pörkölt maláta keserűje együtt bukkannak elő, fokozatosan erősödve. Aztán a korty száraz kakaóporossággal cseng le, de az alkohol is kiköszön mögüle.

Smells like roasted marshmallow & cacao. Quite grapey. Roasty on the palate, a bit smoky, great balance between the vinous cacao, smoke, roast and bitterness. Just a bit of sweetness to balance it all out. Very good beer. 👍🏻

Retry nice stout…alittle more coffee/bitter type finish on end than some milk stouts.

Cellared 5 years. Hoppy and roasty; big coffee noted and luscious mouthfeel. Good sweetness and very well balanced. Great stout
