Time to celebrate making it through most of the working week

Fairly strong aroma of coriander & orange peel. Spicy Belgian yeast as well. Body is very light. Not bad, but you'd expect something better from the folks @ To Øl. Paired w/ baked monkfish, parmentier & peas.

Bärnstensfärgad. Klar. Bra skumkrona. Doft nejlika och apelsin. Smakar ale med tendens av apelsin. Bra kolsyra. Ok beska. Ok fyllighet men ändå lite smaklös.

Not a massive fan of Wit Bier but Tool are an incredible brewery and this beer is soft and smooth with a nice subtle, citrus tang.
