Shock Series: !!!PA Simcoe & Mosaic

IPA - Triple

This is the first of our new SHOCK series, where we will produce IPA’s, IIPA’s and IIIPA’s with the same ABV, malt and yeast profile (generally) and we will change the hop compositions each time. We realised we missed playing around with hops, when To Øl began we were a very hop forward brewery, so this is our way of getting our noses green again! The first release is ‘!!!PA: Simcoe & Mosaic’, and is a 13% Triple IPA brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic to produce one fierce, intense hoppy f*cker. Style: Triple IPA Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Flaked Oats, Cane Sugar, Cara Red Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic
