Welcome to the Cellar Series. This time we are having Dark Wild Ale. 🍻 Bottled in 19.01.2022 and stored in cold cellar. Dark Ale fermanted with To Øls house yeast and bacteria. Aged in a French oak foeder for 19 months before natural carbonation.

Uff Oha, also man könnte meinen I'm Abgang ist es nen rotwein bzw. Nen rose oder so. Ich finds irgendwie ganz geil. Ist auch leicht sauer.
