Sweet and sour cherries and cinnamon. Cherries here exhibit a certain kind of rawness making them taste a lot like lingonberries. 41/50

Rhubarby with well balanced tartness. Soft mouthfeel, ongoing river of rhubarb juice. Finishes off with a note of fresh strawberries. 43/50

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles
Lime zesty sourness, fruity tea flavors and very strong black pepper shaking hands brilliantly with the base lambic. This is obviously not very complex compared to some of the Cantillon greats but as a Zwanze it’s quite awesome and enjoyable. 💊 🦍 43/50

10% abv extremely well hidden under a complex hop profile that offers flavors of citrus and sweeter stonefruits. Hopped with Citra, Nectaron, Mosaic and Cryo Citra. Leaves a wonderfully pithy mouthfeel that seems to linger forever. 42/50

11,8%. Maple syrup aroma is so strong here it seems to fill the whole room. Wonderful stout w/ smooth vanilla, dry cacao & milk chocolate. Very similar to some Omnipollo stouts but this a bit more balanced in my opinion. Better than I remembered. 44/50

Strong, malty and earthy stout. Some beetles, earthworms and such. No trace of coffee left but some chocolate and whisky BA notes to go with. Has aged maybe a bit too long even. 39/50
