Sweet and sour cherries and cinnamon. Cherries here exhibit a certain kind of rawness making them taste a lot like lingonberries. 41/50

Rhubarby with well balanced tartness. Soft mouthfeel, ongoing river of rhubarb juice. Finishes off with a note of fresh strawberries. 43/50

Tyrnilambic Baie d'Argousier (2017)

Very pleasant oaky lambic with Finnish seabuckthorns. Well balanced, not too tart. Absolutely delicious. 44/50

Lime zesty sourness, fruity tea flavors and very strong black pepper shaking hands brilliantly with the base lambic. This is obviously not very complex compared to some of the Cantillon greats but as a Zwanze it’s quite awesome and enjoyable. 💊 🦍 43/50

Chaaarge Nitro Dry Stout

Very dry and very light session stout. Roasty, slightly bitter brew to go with Wolfgang Petersen’s epic Das Boot (1981). 33/50

KBS Espresso (2020)

Roasty espresso, smooth chocolate and oaky bourbon. Bitter, lasting finish. Aged well, delicious. 43/50

10% abv extremely well hidden under a complex hop profile that offers flavors of citrus and sweeter stonefruits. Hopped with Citra, Nectaron, Mosaic and Cryo Citra. Leaves a wonderfully pithy mouthfeel that seems to linger forever. 42/50

Fresh and refreshing DIPA with lots of citrusy Citra balanced by soft Strata coating. 40/50

Versus: Hue

Pungent fruity aroma and surprisingly sharp taste. Strange one, interesting. Hard to tell if this is fresh or not... probably the latter. 36/50

Delicious stonefruit bomb. 41/50

Hop Opera

Aroma has orange marmalade with subtle notes on honeydew. Taste brings a strong stonefruity presence, slight orange zesty bitterness and lasting peachy flavors. 41/50

Metamorfose

Creamy, smooth haze juice with peachy hoppiness and a refreshing passionfruity tingle. Some pithyness, chalk and citrus zest. Well balanced, chewy and enjoyable. 41/50

Winter Hexagon

Complex exotic fruity aroma w/ pineapple, blueberries, white currant leaves & even a hint of strawberries. Taste has pine, grass, ripe & sweet plums w/ creamy, rich softness to it. Warming alcohol under moderate sweetness. A connoisseur’s choice. 42/50

Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake

11,8%. Maple syrup aroma is so strong here it seems to fill the whole room. Wonderful stout w/ smooth vanilla, dry cacao & milk chocolate. Very similar to some Omnipollo stouts but this a bit more balanced in my opinion. Better than I remembered. 44/50

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel Barrel Aged Slyrs

Strong, malty and earthy stout. Some beetles, earthworms and such. No trace of coffee left but some chocolate and whisky BA notes to go with. Has aged maybe a bit too long even. 39/50

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Bourbon

Awesome chocolate fudge of a stout. Cocoa, vanilla, butterscotch. Bourbon BA does wonders here. Sweet as hell, good as fuck. 43/50

George Bourbon BA

Boozy aroma with cacao nd banana. Taste brings lots of roasty coffee, vanilla and dark chocolate. Soft and oaty palate, strong barrel. Good stout to sip through while watching George Pal’s The Time Machine (1960) 42/50

Double Dippy Doo

Lush tropical fruitiness (mango, pineapple etc.) with some piney notes. Very rich mouthfeel. Quite delicious despite being a bit too sweet. 39/50

Mamouche (2020)

Floral and parfumeous aroma, elderflowers and totten apples. Sophisticated lambic as is expected from Cantillon but nothing mindblowing. 40/50

Interstratal Abyss

Crushable DDH IPA, Strata and Idaho-7. Grassy and juicy, balanced sweetness. Delicious. Canned 15.7.2020. 41/50

Chromodome

Bitter, resinous West Coast IPA. Perfectly drinkable. Canned 29.6.2020. 37/50

Monk's Brew

Blind 7/14. Deliciously smooth, creamy. Lots of complex fruity flavors. Excellent. 41/50

Kamppi Spontan

Puckeringly tart and vinegary lambic aged on soft wet socks with some added pussyjuice. Lovely. 39/50

More tartness compared to the bottled version. Apricots and oak, superb lambic. 43/50

Spontankonatsu

Puckeringly tart at first with more complex flavors coming after each sip. Tart and salty lime, some (sweeter) ripe fruitiness and a hint of spruce. I have no idea what Konatsu means and I don’t care. 41/50
