Embouteillée en 2017, je me demande si elle est pas un peu trop vieille même si la DDM est en 2027. Elle a un côté piquant un peu désagréable, sur le vieux malt torréfié, la vanille périmée et l’alcool, le sirop d’érable se sent plus au nez qu’en bouche.

C’est plutôt amer mais en même temps on a la douceur du sirop d’érable (au début puis ça disparaît ?) Il y a un côté étrange qui me déplaît plutôt mais .. C’est pas mauvais. Difficile à décrire.

Coffee, roast, ash, vanilla, maple. Thick, lingering roast notes early, cocoa, quite bitter coffee. Long lingering maple on the finish. And it's fairly sweet, after tones of marshmallow and pancakes. Ashy.

A moment of silence because it is dead You can still taste what made this beer amazing; brilliant n super genuine maple syrup+vanilla enhanced waffles+creamy vanilla creme fresh+deep roasty dark chocolate n coffee. Unfortunately most of that died.
