Magnifique Lambic avec le sureau qui amène quand même pas mal de douceur et qui casse un peu la "fougue" du lambic. Et dans le verre Ammonite qui va bien, gros stress à chaque manipulation 😅

Elderflower is pretty faint, tons of funk, not my fave from them but can’t go wrong with Cantillon

Really floral followed by intense oaky wood and funk. Then elderflower and pepper. Excellent

It's good lambic, but I think I prefer the regular gueuze.

Brett, sureau et lambic au nez, très élégant et équilibré, en bouche c'est plus sec, sureau toujours qui match bien. Belle longueur pas trop acide
