Backlog. Man this was dope to try again, thanks HopSkull - F. ! The edlerflower has died down down bit, but still very much present, with more cellar funk flavor. Big elderflowe, stone fruit, lemon and floral nuances. Beautiful & very "Danish" in profile.

Great having this again! Danish summer and great lambic in a glass. Superb balance of acidity, dryness and sweetness. Woody cellar funk, fresh elderflower, lemony, balancing oak tannins, apricot, red apple, rustic. Thx to Hopskull for this☀️. 4.6

Pomarańczowo-żółte,zamglenie um. Mix nut cierpkości w klimatach na pograniczu agrestu i czarnego bzu, w tle troszkę nut cytryny oraz odrobina odbeczkowych tanin oraz cierpkości w klimatach a'la skórki renety. Nagazowanie wys- 8.4/10

LCI @ WFG 2021.1, day 2. Still mostly a lambic, being woody, dry, fairly sour for a Belgian one. The elderflowers really add something, though, making it quite floral (duh), and maybe even a bit summery? Quite fun, very friendly. Hippielambic.

Vlierbloesem subtiel aanwezig. Fris, licht floraal, gemiddeld zuur en droge finish.

De vlierboesem komt er mooi door, vrij droog maar ook nog vrij fris en zacht met licht zuurtje en klein beetje funk

Mmmh erg lekker fris aroma maar smaak is erg zacht. Vorige was net iets te goed waardoor deze erg braafjes lijkt maar eigenlijk gewoon topkwaliteit is.

Pretty herbal with elderflower, notes of dille. Medium sour with a little bitterness. Pretty young, lacks complexity. Very herbal. Cantillon can do a lot better.

Zachte aanzet, gevolgd door een stevig zuurtje. Die klinkt lang na. Vlierbloesem bepaalt het tussenspel.

Sharing a bottle with my mom. Although she dislikes sour beer in general, she loves elderflower! The beer itself is quite mellow and easy to drink. lovely!

Bloemig en klein pepertje. Deze vlierbloesem lambiek valt echt niet tegen. Lekkerder dan een vlierbloesem van een andere stekerij die ik onlangs heb gedronken. Thanks tim c. ! 👊🏻
