Sweet, boozy and delicious. Really the best of the set.

Thanks Bram W.! A bit on the sweet side, but not at all unpleasant.

A bit on the bitter end of the spectrum, but very tasty. Thanks Bram W.!

Very clean west coast IPA. Not too bitter, very crushable.

Thanks Bram W.! Quite sweet and very floral. Nice, but could use some brighter notes to make it more refreshing.

Complex, leathery, red grapes, wood. Like a good red wine.

Awesome. Lots of wood, vanilla, sweet, some barrel, booze heat. A hint of metal.

More raspberry than I remember. More tart too. Still great.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) vd S
LCI. Very mild on all fronts. Soft tartness, subtle carbonation, slightly funky and very tasty. Loads of apricot.

Incredible as always, though I might prefer it when it’s 1 year old.

My Honningkage Is Bigger Than Yours BA Bourbon vd S
Incredible. Boozy and sweet in equal measure, lot’s of bourbon and honey. Caramel. Silky.

Sweet, loads of vanilla, powdery, a hint of maple. Sweet and boozy. Chocolatey, not a lot of barrel.

Doublebock Frederiksdal Cherries vd S
Has to be 4 or 5 years old at this point. Not much of a bock, but a tasty brew nonetheless. Some slight german hoppage slips through in this this beer otherwise dominated by moderately tart cherry. Some sweetness, big body.

Loads of vanilla. Candy like blueberry. Good amount of raspberry. Very light on the sourness.

Uncomplicated, not bitter and very drinkable. Lots of pineapple, a hint of (not very bright) lemon and some melon. Soft and very mellow.

Not the best founders I’ve had by far. Sweet, licorice and some refreshing raspberry. Some grassy bitterness doesn’t serve to make this any better.

Nice malty limejuice. Actually very pleasant. Refreshing and drinkable. Thirst quenching. Beats a lot of other lemonades in terms of flavor.

I get excited every time I get to try one of the Mikkeller Riesling juice creations and I believe that I’ve been set up for disappointment every time. This is no exception. Vegetal, grassy bitterness with a hint of sweet grape. Thin, boring and unpleasant

Loooads of peach candy. Pleasantly surprised. Sweet with a hint of bitterness. Thin and drinkable, lemonadey.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2019) vd S
A pleasure as always. Nicely sour, astringent and woody. Loads of cherry and some funky cheese. Refreshing.

A bit boring, but not at all bad. Easy drinker, citrus, crushable, low bitterness and body. Nice carbonation.

Aside from the coffee I’d say this could do with some aging. The older vintage I had was miles better, though this is good as wel. Vanilla and lots of coffee. Wonderfully creamy body, bourbon, malty, chocolatey and boozy. Might be exceptional given time.

Magical. Definitely one of my favorite Cantillions. Apricot overload (and I love me some apricot). Quite sweet and subtly tart. Some wood.

Loaaads of rhubarb. Nice sourness, sweetish with just the faintest hint of red fruits. Nice, body, lots of astringent wood and a good amount of funk. Very balanced.

Awesome stuff. Loads of elderflower, thick, woody, nicely sour, some sweetness and a little bit of bitterness I don’t really like that much. Still, very awesome.

Solid, no frills, fruity IPA. Nothing to really set this apart, nothing to make it particularly bad. Just nice body, mango, and some bitterness.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) vd S
Starting to get a bit of green bell pepper. Still great.

Very different from the previous one I had. More classic. Thick, roasty, with a grassy hop note.

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Cherry Frederiksdal (2019) vd S
Tart and vinegary, good amount of meaty cherry, some sweetness, earthy. Unpleasant bitterness.

Not the best in the series for sure. Slightly tart with no real sourness, rose hip isn’t very pronounced, which is disappointing since it sounded really interesting. The entire flavor profile is a bit flat, aside from a unpleasant bitterness. Tasty though
