Yesterday share Trevor’s. New friends bringing the Lambics, Farmhouses, Saisons & Belgian’s. This has aged amazingly to a soft beautiful treat.

Bottled 9 (or 6?, label was blurry) March 2016. I have tasted Iris a couple of times and it was fresh.This bottle is very different from what I remembered about this beer, but in a great way..Lots of funk, cheese and hops. Amazing foam for an 8yo beer!

Volledig anders met de vorige 2016 die ik hier van dronk. Pittig zuur, smaakt naar frambozen.

Lots of hay, old hops, some cheesy notes. Goes in the slight oxidation and sweet wine territory when getting warmer but mixes nicely with the rest. Properly dry.
