Strålende humlesmak i avdlutningen. Litt funk, herlig. Denne er vesentlig bedre i flaske enn på fat.

Soirée 100% Cantillon 6/11. Le moment où on a perdu l'électricité. 5 ans. Un peu comme la st-gilloise bien houblonné avec un petit gout de caramel.

26Dec2016; 75cl. Gentle hiss upon opening but poured with aggressive carbonation. Cheesy funk, herbal hops. Some black tea notes in the mouth, but not too tannic/astringent. Soft lactic acid and slight salinity on the finish.

dock .25 because the tea characteristics of the finish are a tad strong. otherwise this beverage is exceptional. brewed 26th December, 2016, this is wonderfully aged. a very unique beer

LCI. Big guns coming out early. Massive funky aroma. Plenty of funk and bracingly sour, it finishes very dry. The fruity floral elements round it out nicely.

Funky, earthy, hints of noble hop spice and acidity is fairly restrained at serving temp. Quite dry.

From the dusty basement. Plums and hay/straw in the nose. The taste brings me back to being a kid, trying to dodge yellow-jackets hovering around all the decomposing apples that had fallen from our crabapple tree.
