Awesome with their food menu at the moment, lots of acidity in the food which works perfectly with this beer

Yeah, it's a young cantillon Geuze, so it's what you woulf expect. Still pretty sweet, not a lot of character yet. Good to have a bottle in the cellar for the future đ

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Wirth
Not a lot of time for Cantillon this time, but enough to finally fet a bottle of the Zwanze that I missed this year. Really flowery, birÀt spicy and more brett than usual. Super tasty stuff.

Massive beer, classic Omni vibes. Tons of flavor, mostly coconut and hazelnut, not too much barrel. For a bold beer like this it feels pretty balanced.

That is amazing, pretty much as good as it gets, balanced between funky und dry, typical cantillon funk. Just a freaking good beer.

So lovely, flat, leathery, nots as sour as expected. Almost white wine/grape. Would go amazing with a spicy Fondue.

Birthday beer no 1! From the hand pump, completely flat. But many nice layers of aroma, nice funk!

Don't remember the last time I had a Mikkeller IPA as nice as this one. Well balanced, pine, peach and pineapple. Feels kind of light, but in a good way. Could have more of those.

Lci. Really underwhelming at first. No nose at all. Clearly improving as it warms up, releases classic citra notes, just a hint of nelson can be tasted. Pretty juicy. Actually a reallyy tasty nice beer.

Nice one, starts with very fruity nose. On the palat pretty sour, salty, lots of juicy passion fruit. Medium body, goes down so well. Tasty stuff.
