10/27/20… more tart, and more citrusy than the 19. It’s pretty enjoyable, but the bite wore on me by the end. 3.85

Cantillion är perfekt. Det är inget mer jag önskar av en gueze. Så fruktansvärt mustigt, rutten dorsalbockad mobilröntgen tur till Gryt och hö rostad ljusmacka. Sviiiiin bra

Oct 27th bottle, lots of stone fruits, especially apricots, almost like a baby flu. developing a nice funk, great carb

Mellowed excellently. Not tartness but lovely fruits with caramel - toffee apples and dried apricots.
