Lambic D'Aunis 2020 W

Delicate, fruity and very balanced. Tart, mild funk for a grape lambic and easy to drink.

Fou’ Foune (2023) W

LCI from masonry 10 year. I assume this was a super fresh Fou. Incredibly juicy, vibrant with some soft tartness. So delicious and easy to drink.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2023) W

Notes of apple, pineapple, hay. A bit softer and less floral than last years, but still excellent.

Fou’ Foune (2021) W

Wonderful sweet apricot nose. There’s some of that of that sweetness on the palate with a touch of orange creamsicle. Finished with some sharp citric acidity. (4.4)

Vigneronne (2022) W

Bright apple/citrus vinous notes, musty funk and touch acetic on the finish. Still one of my fav 🍇 lambics that I’ve had.

Got notes of raspberry, blueberry, grape skin, some green apple and some earthiness. Interesting showcase of berry that I’ve never heard of. 4.4

Magic Lambic 2021 W

Mostly raspberry/blueberry on the nose with little bit of that Cantillon funk after. Vanilla is well incorporated and really rounds out the tart berry flavors.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) W

Delightful lemon, green apple, white grape, wheat on the nose that’s a touch musty, oaky. It’s fruity w/ emphasis on citrusy orange zest with a bit of floral bitterness. Med- acidity, med body, and easy to drink. Yes to hoppy lambics. 4.6

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) W

Tons of fruity sweet cherry jam mixed w/ cherry jolly rancher on the nose followed by some oak, rhubarb, a touch of vinegar. Less acidity than expected. Tart and balanced with a little musty funk and a lovely dry finish. This was a very satisfying kriek.

Oude Geuze White Vermouth Foeders W

It starts with a nice lemony, wet blanket, funk. It's a little tart and fruity with some apricot and woodiness. Im not getting any vermouth but I assume the fruity notes are the result of that. Tasty!
