Débile, as expected. J'ai brassé le fond pour maximisé le côté fruité et ça a marché Sucrée, fruitée, complexe, et surtout pas trop acide.

Dégustation 2024 - 5e bière : Notes citronnées sur une acidité drôlement bien balancée. Funky et légèrement boisée. Accompagne très bien les fromages.

Great Lambic featuring an Hallertau dry-hop which really brings out a fresh, bright, and funky pilsner vibe. Well Balanced experience throughout with a lingering green grape and grain flavor combo. Complex and elegant while being rustic. Lovely!
