Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2023) Wolmer
Just connected keg. Basically no carbonation, mid acidity, does have the hops but they are quite mild. Very nice.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) Wolmer
There's a tiny bit murky roughness in this one.

In earlier batches I think the port barrels have been too much. Less so here.

George! Barrel Aged Cognac Wolmer
Bootle from 2012. Unusually fruity nose, massively boozy mouth. Doesn't quite feel like it's a beer.

Rose De Gambrinus (2023) Wolmer
This keg is different from the last one they served. More raspberries, dry but not very sour.
Lots of fruit but some other fresh batches have had even more. That's not a major complaint though.

Underground Mountain Brown Wolmer
Beer club. Ancient bottle. A bit too wooden, not rating due to overage.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2022) Wolmer
From a few days ago. A little rounder than the GCB can be.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Wolmer
Kegged 2022. A bit smoother and more apples than some other batches.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°7 Wolmer
Super dry, lacks a bit of depth, but maybe that will come?

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2023) Wolmer
Probably/supposedly this fresh a batch, and the hoppiness makes it plausible.

Lots of berries, more than the pre-versions I believe, properly sour.

Cantillon Grenache Blanc (2022) Wolmer
A bit of grape sweetness, come and go sourness, balanced grape taste but lacks depth, maybe too young for that.
A bit edgier sourness than the 2021 keg I had a glass from a year ago.
Dimensions better than the beer it supposedly is a clone of.

Properly non-hazy, but where did that so called AI get the murky maltiness from?
Dry and... No, not bitter, roasted. On the edge of too roasted for its body, but OK.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie Est Belge (2020) Wolmer
Kegged 2020 at least. Raspy, multi depth. Would probably like better after a few years more.
Kegged 2020. Quite different from the similarly aged one I had a couple of months ago. Old apples aplenty.

X-mas Porter 2011 Til Fra Via (To From Via) Wolmer
After this many years I decided it was time to give it to myself. Still not very impressed by this batch, but it's actually better than the previous bottle I opened a bunch of years ago.

From Tuesday night (I finally found the right version to check in). Almost but not completely flat, mild, feels "old" but not super aged.
Big backing body, quite roasted, almost a bit sticky in the finish.

Slightly edgy nose (dissolvant?), but well composed mouth.
