05/31/24 backlog. Thanks to Roberto for sharing this. Awesome yellow peach on nose and taste. Lemony, leather, grapefruit and tart finish. Sourness went smooth by time. Round, greatly aging. 4.40

Molto più smussata rispetto alla gueuze fresca, ha questi toni quasi di marmellata che la arrotondato molto. Piacevole, molto permanente nel fresco retrogusto, un'ottima gueuze senza troppa acidità, molto spaventosa al naso, ma accessibile in bevuta

바디 좋다. 전반적으로 둥글둥글한데 그 안에가 캐릭터로 꽉꽉 차있음. 사과 볏짚 똥내 꽉꽉. 산미는 사과식초느낌. 효모취가 계속 두루두루 끝까지 따라와주는 와중에 사과가 숑숑 나와서 맛있음. 팔레트가 눈에 띄게 길어서 역시 좋음~~

향은 요새 괴즈보다 곰팡이, 젖은가죽내가 진함 특별한 맛이 나는건아닌데 맛이 진하기도 진하고 맛의 밸런스가 정말 뛰어나다. 끝쪽에 잔향이 쭉올라오면서 입안에 맴도는데 상당히 인상적이다. 4.55

Was fortunate to have this gifted to me recently but was a little worried since it’s a 2015. Amazing bouquet upon popping the cork; great carbonation and depth of flavor still after all these years. About as perfect as a lambic can get.
