Was fortunate to have this gifted to me recently but was a little worried since it’s a 2015. Amazing bouquet upon popping the cork; great carbonation and depth of flavor still after all these years. About as perfect as a lambic can get.

Super complex, odd, musty, yet still somehow bright and crisp for a 2015! Amazing head and carbonation for almost a decade old. Definitely probably waited too long to open but happy with the results.

Unreal color, flavor, mouthfeel. Still standing strong after 10 years! I was worried I kept it too long but boy oh boy. Happy Fourth!
