30Sept2021 bottle. Great funk, touch of cheese, apple skin, even white grape. Really lovely, better than the 375s I had from earlier in the bottling season.

Absolute perfection. Don’t know how you get a better beer. Thanks Kian M. For the treat. So complex but not overwhelming. I guess that’s what true balance means for these wild ales. Each sip brought something new. Special one.

Korken her har lekket en del. Lå ett geuze lag når jeg åpnet den vanlige korken. Smaker noe tammere og "yngere". Så rater ikke

D:10/5/21- DLD Friday #11 - More please. Delicate funk, very little tart, woody notes. A touch of pepper very late, but only randomly. My bring.

LCI birthday beer that I had a day late as I was so fucking gonococcal on my birthday (you'll all see why with the number of incoming check ins). Great as always, seemed slightly more fruity, less acidic and totally crushable. New glass too!
