Wauw, mooi zacht, floraal, mineralen, zelfs wat oranje fruit, mooi zuurtje, balans. Bijna vergeten hoe goed dit is, of heeft dit extreem goed kunnen rijpen. Hoe dan ook een parel die je niet mag vergeten!

Wilde Fermentation macht sich im Duft bemerkbar mit einem Hauch Brett, im Mund weinartig, harzig, scharfe Säure, dennoch bleibt eine leicht fruchtige Note zurück.
