Zwanze 2010 - Blanche de Quenast Green-Smith
3/3 from Richard G. ... dammit man you’ve ruined me. This might be one of the most remarkable things I’ve ever tasted. Nose is straight up elderflower soda and... gin? Palate is super floral, dried fruits, tart, complex. F&@%ing crazy. And wait. Salt??!!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2008) Green-Smith
No. 2 from Richard G. ... thanks to you my first taste of Cantillon at last! Super awesome. One of the oldest beers I’ve had. Really like you would expect a Gueuze to age, tons of character, tart fruits and brandy notes, maybe some cooked pear.

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake Green-Smith
I expected better. It’s pretty classic imperial stout with chocolate on every front, that kind of off putting soy-sauce-esque finish always kinda ticks me off...

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Green-Smith
Finally! This one has been on the list far too long. Rich doesn’t cover it. It’s a dessert beer if there ever was one. Ironically after getting 2 bottles online at extortionate prices, I found a 4 pack at Meijer 😂
