4.40. Dried apricot, fruity and a little bit cheesy. Smells old but no more than 10 years. It aged slowly. A good bottle.

Well shiiiiit! Fucking jackpot of a bottle. So delicious. Carb is minimal but it’s there. So tart and funky, green apples and white grapes. Briney Brussels tang. Reward for a long week. This bottle has been waiting for me for a long time. Grateful.

Ben niet zo een fan van deze bieren maar qua smaak is deze is deze heel goed. Maar aan mijn niet besteed.

Une gazéification quasi absente, un funk expressif mais doux, très "renfermé".

No slicznie dzikusowoskorzanoziemiscie w aromacie. W uscie nie zbyt wytrawnie, pustawo jak na moj gust. I kwasnosc niemala. Ciut mieszane uczucia ale pyszka i tak

Superbe, complexe, poivrée, funky, très acide, presque lactique

Loads of lemon acidity, very full / thick taste, loads of funk, a little mold. Interesting but a little dominated by the lemon taste. Bottle label was originally 2005 but hand corrected to 2008.

No. 2 from Richard G. ... thanks to you my first taste of Cantillon at last! Super awesome. One of the oldest beers I’ve had. Really like you would expect a Gueuze to age, tons of character, tart fruits and brandy notes, maybe some cooked pear.

That's something else. Incredibly delicate. Funky, but not like you would expect from a 12 year old lambic. It was lightly acidic with a touch of apple and the smallest hint of almonds
