Wow so cool to try this. Crazy good for her age. Light, hefe notes, bright, funk, developed earthiness.

Doing good- has continued to mellow and integrate. As with all Zwanze, different and fun, even if not to stereotype.

TBT. (6/21/12). Bottle at the Monk’s Cantillon event. Pours cloudy light gold, medium white lacing, and not much head. Aromas of coriander, spicy yeast, wheat, brett, lemons. Taste is creamy…almost like dipping some lobster in some drawn butter w/ some…

Thanks Tom…semi bright, lemony, soft backend…quite delightful. Years better than having it originally.

One a day historical check in, drank August 2010. Good sour citrus nose. Lemon rind, lime, apricot flavours. Sharp citrus tang. Refreshing.

Soft sour grain, fruits, shroomy wet clay cellar mold going on, big but subtle woolly funk, mostly grapey fruit notes, skins & stones. Deep grapeleafy notes, dolmas, rue herb. Fruity character with mild to medium sour following & a bitter and tart finish.

3/3 from Richard G. ... dammit man you’ve ruined me. This might be one of the most remarkable things I’ve ever tasted. Nose is straight up elderflower soda and... gin? Palate is super floral, dried fruits, tart, complex. F&@%ing crazy. And wait. Salt??!!

Wow, this held up incredibly well. I definitely thought it couldn't had been older than 2 years, also thought it has some sort of bright fruit. Well, unfruited and old af. So I guess I need to go back to beer school. This was everything, so good
