Reminds me of a dessert wine but with all the funky farmy goodness. Sweet and winey, peachy, soft and delicate. Lovely.

Jinkies that is a thing of beauty. You can trust the US to make a cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa impy to taste like a Cinnabon bomb. I get coffee and coconut as well as the forementioned and it is a glorious diabetes inducer. That nose 😍.

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave Shannon

Amazing. Sweet, very earthy, huge beetroot. Maybe a bit of peppery horseradish. Beautiful.

Racine (2021) Shannon

Light, fruity apples, pears, spritzy and refreshing. Glorious starter beer. Second pouring has a light funk.
