Definitely better as it got hazier at the bottom of the bottle. Lesson learned there.

Funky aroma, tarty, orange notes and some grapes. Orange flavor, notes of funky wine, fuzzy, dry and a bit acidic. Paired with Parnship "Kazandibi" milk pudding/Orange/Fish roe powder

White grapes, musty. Super pleasant funk and barrel. It’s a masterpiece for sure.

The sweetness from the grapes is followed by the slight tartness and funkiness of the lambic. Perfect for Tuscany!
