Just very slight sulphuric at the beginning, then the beer opens and it is a DARN elegance monster. It goes with a sweetness from the pomace, then a complexity like a gentle oak, mild acidity, white wine, sweet wine, body is light but finish amazing. 4.60

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : vin liquoreux, légères notes de fruits secs, douceur avec un léger sucré. Bouche : notes de raisins surmûris, vins liquoreux, impressionnant, douceur, un léger sucré des raisins, notes de noisettes et de boisé. Impressionnant

Almost grappa like, with sweet fortified wine on the nose but yet pretty dry. A bit boozy (9% abv) but in a good way, very interesting.

incroyable... Nez légèrement fumé et surtout fruité à fond. Bouche fine gazo, super fruité et sec, noix et fruit à coque, paille/fumé gorge chaude et légèrement terreuse et amer. Mélange parfaite entre cidre, vin et champagne en sensation de fin, waw 😍

Zwanze2020. Luktar som ett bra sauternes, och jag blir ledsen när det inte smakar fullt så kraftfullt. Ljusa druvor blandas med krutighet. Fruktigt och komplext, men med vissa diskrepanta toner. Sauternestonen finns, men klart nedtonad.

C'est sublime, notes de fruits jaunes mûrs, miel léger, vin doux. Harmonie et équilibre surtout EMOTION.

nez: vineux, fruit jaune; bouche: belle acidite tres vite adoucie par le vieillissement en fut de vin blanc qui apporte cote fruite (fruit jaune) et un gout vegetal sec/noix (paille style vin du jura) legerement vineux en fin. Tres belle longueur. Coup ❤
