Kinda thin with a bit of grape coming forward but nothing crazy. The bottle I had at the brewery was much nicer.

Tyrnilambic Baie d'Argousier (2018) S.
Starts off quite dusty but it completely transforms over the next 20 minutes. Never had sea-buckthorn but I think it should be amazing if this beer is any indication.

Very grape forward and vineous without much lambic coming forward which results with somewhat simple taste profile. Would love to own one of these bottles and open if up few years down down the line.

Raspberry jam on the nose and on the pallate which subtly fades into lingering blueberry and vanilla. Love it.

Last bottle at Zummen 😁 Classic Cantillon funk starting to pop up but it’s not there yet. Quite a lot of grape showing itself. Would be cool to have it again few years down the line.

Straight up Aronia berries on the nose, you wouldn’t guess that it’s a beer if you just smelled it blindly. A bit astringent but still very drinkable.
