Leading up to 10,000, as I probably won’t have access to anything special at that time, I’ve been cleaning out the (small) cellar. For a Cantillon beer (and one I transported across the ocean and sat on for several years), this is not one of their best.

Porto présent, mais sans le côté très sucré. Peu effervescente et pas du tout sour. Étable et cuir. Un peu tannique. Et que dire des fromages!

Missus really enjoying this one. Couldn’t hack it last time we opened one 🤷🏻♂️ Anyhoo, it’s port barrel - tastic. Quality goozer.

Hevet ud af skabet efter 6 år, og den skuffer bestemt ikke. Der er fad og fylde, og det eneste negative, er at den er lidt lukket og tørrer ganen ud. Ellers er det en sofistikeret og lækker flaske, der formodentlig har fået noget afrunding med årene.

一边吃pho一边喝cantillon的体验可以给满分，但这瓶酒我感觉没有很强。我以为他会呈现出与过汝拉黄酒桶，或者雪莉桶类似的风味，但波特桶带来的特征实在少得可怜。努力去寻找的话可以感受到其中的一点点甜味。

Had late but took a few notes - funky but easy drinking. Light barrel sweetness, musty wood. Good sense of the port. Also citrus and slight peppery notes.

Lige som den skal være, ikke en finger at sætte. Men hvorfor er det så ikke en 5er? Den har ikke det uforklarelige som får mig til at tænke at gud smile til mig, men som ølbrygger er der intet mere at gøre her.

Wish I have had this earlier in the evening. Musty and complex with notes of citrus, bread, and port wine. Will have to open another bottle someday and take my time. 4.60
