Much more wine forward than any Saint lamv I've had. Not too acidic though like last year. I like it a lot, but the base is a bit lost

Cant move past the banana. Very heavy yak influence and I love yak, but it's putting off like a brown-forman or 1792 banana vibe. Least fav of the 50n batches that I've tried

Fantastic. You still get the hops. I think Iris holds up better due to the extra hops. Starting to turn a little. The 2007 I had a couple years ago was better but this is very nice

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2004) galia
Bit more acidity than I'd like. Grassy funk. White grape juice vibe but vinegar is starting to come out.
