Molnigt röd i färg, vitt pärligt skum. Frisk doft av hallon. Munkänslan är löddrig, sträv, torr. Smaken har kärv jästighet, hallon, någon sötma, tydlig syrlighet. Bärig, smakrik, pigg syrling!

Really really delicious. Bright, spritzy, very pronounced fruit, hasn’t gone too feral on the funk as it’s still young - lovely.

Some raspberry aroma and taste up front. Fades quickly and is fairly sharp.
