NE. Raspy as all hell, crisp and tart with light sweetness. I think these Cantiloon guys are actually decent. Look out for them, you heard it here first. The next Barebottle maybe.

No easy decision which one is better, cantillon is more mellow, lower in acidity and more barnyard funk, with the brighter nicer looking colour.

lots of raspberry and very little acid. Way too young to drink and we should have let it sit around for 4+ more years...but fuck it, we wanted a cantillon!!
