More my style, the acidity is mellow, white grape flavours are intense and at first thought this beer comes across as a wine hybrid. These beers pair so well with rich fatty foods and cheeses. I wish we embraced them more in the restaurant trade

Single Barrel 2 Year Lambic bradley

Lovely oak coming through, bitter fruity notes, wood resin almost bordering on cedar. Clove like spice developes on the finish, it's subtle and interesting. I can taste the spirit of the brewery and it's transporting me back to Belgium. Wonderful
