Een bijzondere wedstrijd vraagt om een bijzonder bier. Hier kan ik de avond mee vullen. En hoop dat de naam van het bier past bij het resultaat. Het pleziert in ieder geval mijn smaakpapillen. Rins, zuur met ook wat zoet en fruitig, druiven iets perzik 😋

Flanders #2: This truly is a pleasure. An aggressive aroma that gives way to a smooth, vinous-forward blend that treads a thin line between lambic and white wine. Subtly oaky, with a lingering finish that gradually fades over times. A sipper.

Extraordinary aroma of the flowering forest, the laundry, fruit & oak, but not obviously grapes. Nashi, green apples, fresh honeycomb. Off dry, mod sour, acidic, q oaky. More obvious grapes in taste but also both autumnal & early spring fruit & flowers.

闻香是比较清新的酸感，一些葡萄的果香，入口沙口感较强，酒体比较单薄，葡萄的香气也比较淡，虽然很清新，但总感觉低于预期。
