Almost like the better managed red wine sibling of Racine. Complex aroma and taste of cranberry, strawberry, elderflower, olive oil, vanilla, toffee. Almost messes with the senses but it’s incredibly drinkable for the complexity. 4.7

Pourquoi ne pas prendre une seconde bouteille prestigieuse? Un peu plus d'acidité que Vin Santo, mais un profil sucré vraiment intéressant. Un peu de pêche, d'abricot et de prune. Belle rondeur en bouche. Moins boisée que Vin Santo.

Tellement content de pouvoir boire un peu de Cantillon en France. Produit franchement succulent. Pas trop d'acidité. Le raisin s'exprime à la perfection. Finale boisée que s'étire. Meilleure que Drogone. Pas pire comme mercredi!

第二次饮用，比上次好喝很多。泡菜味变得更内敛，甜感和矿物感更加细腻。顺滑且结构完整。我觉得已经非常接近一杯好喝的葡萄酒了。

Abricot très prononcé au nez mais moins en bouche. Manque peut-être de maturation ? Lambic dans l'ensemble très bon !
