Very hard, green like, aroma that reminds of grappa. Very smooth on taste. Quite lovely, actually. The tannins are well balanced with the rest of the beer.

Intense aroma of apricot. Very pleasant in both taste and aroma. Best Fou Foune I’ve had in years.

2020 Pretty dense. Ok character, but perhaps a bit one dimensional.
