Bottled sept 2020, drinking quite nicely today. Deep dark cherry, a touch of burnt hair, fruity with mild acidity and a bit of funk development.

Lekker fruitig, zacht, licht zuur, mooi gerijpt. Bij rodebiet-burgers met gembermayonaise. Past perfect! Rode biet in het deeg -> koddige kleur! 😅

Med knækket prop og bøvl får vi hældt op. Kirsebær, et lille jordbær, stald, lort, skovbund og vildtgær i hele bæret. Ja, hvor smager det fantastisk, mundfølelsen er intens og vild! Elsker cantillion!
