Surprising to try this blend of Iris and Grand cru bruocsella. More of a flat lambic with no carbonation but a more mature young lambic. Diluted vinegar thanks to Iris one can say. I am just wondering how this is labed at 6.8 ABV when blends are at 5 ABV.
