Mye god smak igjen i denne. Endel av bringebærene er borte, endel stikkelsbær her. Kontant og ganske heftig syre (trekker ned) mye eik, knusktørt. Gjenkjennelig Cantillon funkprofil. Fin kompleksitet.

Ojojoj, fortfarande massor med hallon. Perfekt balans med syra som mattats av något. Löjligt god. Köpt i en ölbutik i Liège 2013.

Raspberries dominant on the nose with no sign of more herbal notes in younger rdg. A lot of acidity - it could have been worse. But not much more to say as acidity does mask everything else.

[Quintessence side-events] 25cl, tap. Color has faded, and the nose is still strong. Fruity notes, with a musty background. Amazing and unsuspected surprise.

Awesomeness like a fresh LPF in the old style. Super tart will crush your gums and tooth. Chewing great balls of raspberries. Highly sour. Great

Surprised by the raspberry notes, still present, after all this time. Fine musty raspberry. Round. Smooth. Aged well. (Biased note would be 5.5/5)

Malt Does More

Nose and palate are way funkier than I’m used to from a fresher RdG, with the fruit faded. I can’t say I prefer this to fresher, but it’s nice to try so I know not to age mine too much. 😂
