5% shandy brewed to celebrate Pride Month. Loads of lemon & blueberry puree, bergamot peel and lemongrass, this has a beautiful lilac hue and an aroma that's bursting with lemon berry. Slightly tart, but juicy & refreshing.

Palo Santo Marron (2024) Paradee
An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Holy Tree, indeed!

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2024) Paradee
15.5% limited edition of a vanilla-soaked behemoth of a stout, brewed with a ridiculous amount of kilned and roasted barleys and aged in Hungarian oak foeders with heaps of whole Madagascar vanilla beans. Please bury me with this brew, it’s to die for!

7.3% imperial Pilsner brewed & continually-hopped with a blend of pilsner & wheat malts plus a touch of flaked maize for crispness. A blend of Spalt, Saaz and Aramis hops were added in the midst of fermentation for light floral & citrus notes. Soft, full.

World Wide Stout (2023) Paradee
Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, WWS is dark, roasty and complex. This age-worthy ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth in line with a fine port. Rich dark chocolate malt & boozy bourbon character, it only gets better with age! GET SOME!!

A big, Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander & orange peel & fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation a fraction of the batch is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, and another fraction is aged on oak staves. Belgian white with red wine yum!

This 5% rice lager is crisp & refreshing, infused with a host of pan-Asian ingredients like jasmine rice, lemongrass, Makrut lime leaf and honey. It's crisp & crushable with notes of fresh citrus fruits & a delicate floral & spicy hop aroma. Solid!

This 8% Wet Hop Hazy DIPA is loaded with wet Citra & Azacca hops. It’s dripping with flavors of juicy mango, peach nectar & orange flesh. Malted spelt provides a soft mouthfeel and a deep haze and expressive English yeast amps of the fruit. Best IPA here.

12% imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. This was a major gateway brew for me, back in 2013. Game-changing. This edition is a bit smokey, with heavy whiskey barrel notes. I dig.

Beer#7 at SP LC Members Party today. Oude lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling. NO additional priming sugar was added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation. As a result, LH12 pours completely still. Thx, Brad!
