Une bière élégante avec une prédominance du raisin. Au profil fruité s'ajoute du funk et une acidité assez légère qui la rend facile à boire.

Lacks in tartness and fruitiness, kinda like the Fou Foune '22. It is quite sweet and juicy though. Grapes and white wine notes, which would go better with a more dry mouthfeel. Lesser than previous years.

Superb beer. The nose is rich and intense with fresh fruit and grape juice. Sweet white grapes, tropical fruits, notes of old wine barrel and cellar. The palate is rich and juicy, again with fruit and grapes. Sourness is pleasantly mild. Really good!
