Crazy experience! Not at the canary but at the Beer and Barrel beer bar that was closed down and then at the new location. Fortunately ran into some other beer enthusiasts having the same issue, and we all made it here to have Cantillon in Shanghai!

One more at this tiny adorable place (beer barrel / no push) checking in the cannery since they also have Cantillon. I can’t believe the Zwanze website is wrong about the location of Zwanze in Shanghai! It is not at Beer Barrel, it is at the Cannery!

Late Checkin… Disappointed as it comes from collaboration with Radikon. Too much natural lactic acid like pickle. Felt the grape skin (might)implied by the introduction before tasted. 4.1

入口类似于血蛤海苔的鲜味和血腥气，确实是蛮独特的体验，带着一丝梅子的香气作为底子，库存时间长，入口很鲜的感觉占主导，然后是柔和的酸度和甜度，很有意思的

Just learned a new German word - pelzig. Supposedly describes the tongue-smacking that happens with some dry sours. Lot of that happening here. Delicious!

泡沫绵密持久。 闻香饱满的新鲜覆盆子 樱桃 杏仁，轻微funky。入口同闻香，尖酸，但很快过渡到回甘，一些山楂 话梅 李子。收口干净，回味果香悠长。 酒体轻柔，口感细腻。 酸度稍显尖锐，酒体较薄，中后段表现力偏弱。

气泡微弱。 闻香黑胡椒 柠檬 金桔 生姜，中等酸感，funky味在摇杯和回温后会出现，若隐若现。入口酸度锋利，海盐 胡椒 柠檬 金桔，中段一些盐津 话梅，尾段一些橙皮带来轻微苦感。收口干净，回味绵长优雅。 酒体轻盈，杀口感弱，较为棉柔。 个人觉得酸度还是稍显尖锐，中后段风味持续较短，层次感很棒。

Not nearly as sweet as I was expecting. In fact, there’s no sweetness at all. Smells like raspberry jam, tastes like a gueuze. Looks pretty.
