Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Potter

Lots of malt. Weird for an IPA where all the hops are gone.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021) Potter

Sadly, not super impressed with this one. Not enough raspberry to cover the malt and a bit one dimensional.

Sang Bleu (2023) Potter

I liked the 2022 batch better with the higher acidity and super dry finish.

Nath (2021) Potter

Don't really get much from the rhubarb except maybe lingering sweetness. Still nice to have. Thanks, Mark.

To ring in the new year and watch UGA try to choke the game away.

Vigneronne (2017) Potter

This batch was pretty tart. The increased acid covered up the subtle grapes.

Honestly I expected more from this. Nothing was bad, but it didn't really stand out.

Fou' Foune (2017) Potter

Let it warm for about 30 minutes. Give that great depth that bites into the corners around the tongue with plenty of fruit matched perfectly with the lambic.
