I had to grab this one from my 'cellar' for this occasion, put $ on the team I follow for the first time, and it paid off! 🥲🏆 Massively funky and tart, a sophisticated beer to celebrate with! 🍻🐆🏒🤑

Top. Mooie diepgang ontwikkeld. Fijn grassig bittertje, mooi funky en frisse pompelmoes citrus tegelijk.

Huge lemon and tons of dusty and funky hard cheese. Loads of oak character without too much tannins. Nice bitterness and dry refreshing finish with leather, lemon, funk and herbal notes. No sulphur and low acidity. Good old CSG.

i do find CSG improved with age. i last had this one (bottled nov 2019) three years ago, and this is drinking beautifully now.

Heerlijk! Zuur goed in balans met de subtiele hoptonen. Beetje fruitig ook nog!

Prachtig bier voor een voetbaldag. Zuurheid en fruitigheid van de lambiek en de bitterheid van de hop mooi in balans. Hier en daar ook iets van een goede mosterd, wanneer de hoppigheid bijt
